These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CalsLoop’s websites, applications, dashboards, and SMS/MMS meal tracking services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
CalsLoop lets users submit meal information and images, receive estimated nutrition analysis, review nutrition history, and use related account or coaching features. The Service may change as features are added, modified, or removed.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the phone number connected to your account. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping authentication codes and credentials secure.
SMS/MMS program terms
By checking the SMS opt-in box and submitting your mobile number, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from CalsLoop for phone verification, meal analysis, account activity, and any reminders you separately enable. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. You must notify us if your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person. For information about messaging data, see our Privacy Policy.
Nutrition disclaimer
Nutrition results are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. CalsLoop does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the Service for medical emergencies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person’s rights, or use messaging in a way that violates carrier rules or applicable law. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, providers, and the Service.
Paid services
Prices, billing intervals, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation options for paid features are disclosed at purchase. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Carrier messaging and data charges are separate from any CalsLoop subscription charge.
Intellectual property
CalsLoop and its software, branding, and Service content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display that content to provide the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of nutrition estimates. To the extent permitted by law, CalsLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or risks to the Service.
